Can I order directly from this website?
Yes! You can view the trophy catalogues here. All order requests can either be submitted directly to your local Fully Promoted or EmbroidMe store specifying the product codes on each item and the quantity or you can submit your order via the online order form - Click Here
What is the ordering process?
The ordering process is outlined below and is designed to ensure that the order is correct and that the most cost efficient shipping method is selected.
1. Submit your order - either directly at your local Fully Promoted / EmbroidMe store or via the Online Order Form.
2. A staff member will contact you to confirm the order details, the price and your preferred shipping method.
3. Proofs of the work to be done will be emailed to you for checking before any work is commenced.
4. You will receive an invoice once the job is finished and checked.
5. We dispatch the order upon confirmation of payment or where arrangements have been made.
Can I return damaged items?
Yes.
This is a rare happening as we go to great pains to ensure that products arrive in good order.
In a case where an item is damaged simply contact your Fully Promoted / EmbroidMe representative who will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
